U15 AA Wranglers have the Christmas Spirit

The U15AA Wranglers had an incredibly touching and powerful event that demonstrated the spirit of teamwork, generosity and compassion. Despite their usual competitiveness on the ice, it was a sight to behold when the players rallied together to contribute their time and efforts towards helping children in need.

This successful charity event, combining a fun-filled teddy bear toss, diligent fund-raising activities, and a silent auction all to support the children’s hospital and Team Evelyn foundation, certainly touched many hearts. A total of $850 was raised by the players themselves and many special gifts were purchased to make the little patients’ stay in the hospital a bit more bearable. Supporting the Team Evelyn foundation was also of significant importance as it aims to get a child life specialist for children undergoing radiation treatment, thereby making their healing process easier. We are incredibly proud of our U15AA wranglers for displaying such initiative, responsibility and altruism. These values are what makes them not just incredible players, but also amazing human beings.

We would also like to thank everyone who contributed to making this event a big success. Our U15AA wranglers may have faced off with the Rangers, but their collective mission to spread happiness and relief to those in need truly showcased their amazing spirit and kindness.
